Hoarding is classified as a compulsive disorder and scientists are still not sure what causes it. Some theories suggest it could be rooted in the brain or that it can be triggered by stress. No matter the cause behind this condition, all hoarders seem to adopt the same thinking – namely, that they should not throw away anything because there will come a day when they may need it again.
The clutter-loving type
It should be noted that hoarders do not really enjoy collecting junk.
