Although fluorescent light bulbs are more expensive they will save you a lot of money, as they have a longer lifespan and require less energy to provide to your household the levels of illumination that you seek. By doing this simply upgrade you will drastically increase the energy efficiency of your home and decrease the overall energy usage of your household.
